With the Relationship Builder Track, each participating credit union will designate a loan sales or service staff member as their "Home Loan Advisor". CMF will coordinate with a CU project manager and provide training in order to become a Home Loan Advisor (CU Advisor).
Upon training completion, the CU Advisor will be the main point of contact with the member during the initial application process. The CU Advisor will take mortgage loan applications for conventional and jumbo loans through CMF's Online Advisor site.
The CU Advisor is continuously supported by CMF with:For FHA loans, the CU Advisor will have an initial discussion with the member, and then will send an E-mail Referral Form to the CMF Loan Officer with the details of the conversation. In all cases, once the loan application or member referral is sent to CMF, a CMF Loan Officer will then become the main point of contact for the member.
