Loan Officer Opportunities

CMF offers retail mortgage professionals the opportunity to partner with CMF (as a direct lender) to provide innovative solutions supported by the latest technologies, competitive loan programs, and marketing. With CMF, all departments are housed in one office, allowing retail professionals with convenient access to underwriting, secondary marketing, processing, document drawing, and funding resources.

Retail Loan Officers will be responsible for soliciting residential mortgages from various sources, including REALTORS, builders, financial professionals, past customers, and other nontraditional sources, to produce high quality loans which meet CMF guidelines while providing excellent customer service.
